Our team recently completed this stunning outdoor living project in Winchmore Hill, Enfield, transforming an underused garden into a luxurious space designed for relaxation, entertaining and year round enjoyment. Combining a bespoke steel framed garden room, premium hot tub area and an outdoor sauna, this project creates a seamless extension of the home while making the most of every part of the garden.
At the heart of the project is a bespoke steel framed garden room measuring 8250mm x 3800mm, complete with a 150mm roof overhang on all sides for a clean, contemporary finish. The exterior combines warm aluminium woodgrain cladding across the front with durable Hardie® VL plank cladding to the remaining elevations, creating a modern appearance that is both low maintenance and built to withstand the British weather.
The roofline is finished with sleek black fascia and soffits, while a full set of five aluminium bifolding doors opens the space directly onto the garden, allowing the indoor and outdoor areas to flow together effortlessly during the warmer months.
Inside, the room provides a versatile space that can be used for entertaining, relaxing or spending quality time with family and friends throughout the year.
Leading from the garden room is a beautifully finished Millboard decking area that provides the perfect setting for the luxury hot tub. Designed with both style and practicality in mind, the decking creates a comfortable transition between the garden room and the spa area while offering excellent durability and slip resistance.
Behind the hot tub, a bespoke artificial living wall creates an attractive focal point, adding colour and texture without the ongoing maintenance of natural planting. The combination of premium decking, carefully selected materials and layered landscaping gives the space a relaxing, private atmosphere that can be enjoyed in every season.
Completing the wellness area is a premium Neptune Outdoor Sauna, finished in beautiful Red Cedar Knotty timber. Positioned alongside the hot tub, the sauna enhances the garden’s spa-like feel while providing a dedicated space to relax and unwind all year round.
Although not shown in the project photography, the sauna was carefully integrated into the overall design to complement the surrounding materials and create a cohesive outdoor living environment.
