By moving the gym and spa out of the main house, we have created a dedicated destination that promotes health and well-being without the distractions of daily life.
Tailored specifically to the client’s lifestyle, this garden room serves as a high-spec dedicated gym space. We meticulously designed the interior to mimic a professional boutique studio, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling mirrors to assist with form and movement. The walls are finished with elegant wood panels, providing a warm and motivating environment for exercise. Constructed with full insulation and climate control, this steel-framed structure ensures that whether it is a mid-winter morning workout or a summer yoga session, the temperature remains optimal for peak performance.
To enhance the exterior and provide a complete wellness experience, we designed a side extension that hosts a free-standing Hydropool Hot Tub. This strategic placement allows for an effortless transition from the gym to the water. The hot tub serves as a luxurious retreat for muscle recovery and mental rejuvenation after a strenuous workout session. By positioning the spa on a dedicated platform adjacent to the garden room, we ensured the equipment is easily accessible while remaining part of a singular, cohesive architectural design.
