In Oakwood, Enfield, our team undertook a complete garden transformation, moving beyond product supply to handle the entire design, landscaping, and construction of this modern outdoor space. Our goal was to divide the garden into distinct, functional areas that flow naturally from one to another, creating a perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment.
When walking from the house into the garden, a straight stone pathway leads you down the lawn. At the centre of this path is a beautiful, highly polished stainless steel sphere water feature. Set within a bed of white stones and bordered by low-growing lavender, this water feature serves as an eye-catching focal point right from the entrance.
Further down the path, the main patio area features a dark aluminium pergola on the left. Designed for year-round use, it includes sliding glass doors and a solid rear feature wall to protect the space from the elements.
This pergola houses a high-specification outdoor kitchen complete with premium appliances. With the sliding glass doors, the homeowners can open the space fully on warm summer days or close them completely during wetter weather, making it an ideal hosting spot in any season.
Directly opposite the pergola, our team built a custom wooden bench. This seating area is integrated into modern grey render planters that frame the space beautifully.
Our team carefully chose and planted a variety of trees, topiary spheres, and shrubs that suit the UK climate and matched the client’s exact preferences, ensuring the garden remains vibrant and easy to maintain throughout the year.
At the far end of the garden, we created a second seating area. To provide privacy and a sense of enclosure, we installed dark, laser-cut decorative screens behind the comfortable outdoor chairs.
In the centre of this patio sits a striking spherical, laser-cut fire pit. The shape of the dark steel fire globe mirrors the stainless steel water feature at the entrance, tying the entire garden design together and providing a warm, inviting spot to relax in the evenings.
