Foundations: 150mm reinforced concrete raft foundations for maximum structural stability.
Floor: 150mm build-up including a damp course, 70mm Celotex insulation, and screed finish with black UPVC fascia.
Structure: Walls and roof manufactured from high-grade galvanised steel frames and purlins.
Roof: Flat roof system with integrated gutters and downpipes to manage drainage effectively.
