For this project in Abridge, Romford, our team completed a full-scale garden transformation. We designed and constructed the entire outdoor space, creating distinct functional zones that elevate the property and offer a luxury resort feel right at home.
Directly outside the back doors, we created a large, elevated patio using premium grey Italian porcelain tiles. On the right side of this terrace, we built a bespoke, L-shaped outdoor kitchen under a sleek black aluminium pergola.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and features a clean white stone finish with a built-in bar area, allowing guests to sit and socialise directly with the cook. Glass balustrades frame the edge of the patio, offering an unobstructed view of the rest of the garden.
Staircases from the porcelain terrace lead down to a neat, central lawn area. A polished stainless steel sphere water feature sits at the heart of this lawn on a bed of white cobbles.
To the left of the lawn, we installed a luxury hot tub. To make the installation look seamless and intentional, we built custom composite steps and matching dark planters around the tub, softening the structure with fresh green foliage.
On the opposite side of the lawn, we constructed a dedicated, sunken seating area. This space features a bespoke black timber corner bench wrapped around a modern fire pit, with a large sail awning stretched overhead to provide light shade and privacy.
Towards the back of the garden, we built another large, modern area using dark composite decking. Designed with a luxury pool-lounge aesthetic in mind, this zone is dedicated entirely to relaxation.
It features comfortable outdoor sofas and contemporary white sun loungers. To ensure the space is just as inviting at night as it is during the day, we installed integrated step lighting, fence-mounted uplights, and glowing geometric furniture to create a warm, atmospheric evening retreat.
